experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we've established the following
cancellation and refund policy to address these situations.
1. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be
charged for the following month.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual billing cycle, and you
will not be charged for the following year.

2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions, as the
service is provided on a month-to-month basis.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions are available within the first
30 days of the initial purchase. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a
prorated refund for the remaining months of the subscription.
How to Request a Refund:

the eligible period. Provide your account details and the reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility
criteria.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Fees paid for add-ons, one-time services, or custom features are non-refundable.
